Today's gas logs provide natural wood-like fires and maximum
ease, efficiency and economy. They radiate heat back into a room quickly
and twice as efficiently as wood, and they cost only half as much to use.
Gas logs provide the warmth and charm of a wood fire, but there's no need to
handle messy firewood or sweep up ashes. And clean-burning gas logs are
safer than wood, no more worries about flying sparks and dangerous creosote
buildup in the chimney.
The initial cost of installing gas logs in you fireplace is offset
quickly. And unlike firewood, gas logs don't need to be replaced they
continue to give pleasure year after year.

How Tankless Work
Tankless water heaters only heat water when it is needed. When a water source is opened, the tankless model senses the demand for hot water flow and starts the heating process. The water flows through a heat exchanger and is heated to the designated temperature set by the user. When the water source tap is closed, the heater automatically shuts off until hot water is demanded again.
How Tankless Saves Money
Tankless water heaters reduce standby energy loss by up to 20 percent and cost approximately 60 percent less to operate.
Most tankless water heaters can provide eight gallons per minute of hot water.
Because tankless models are less subject to corrosion, the expected life span of a tankless water heater is 20 years, twice as long as most storage water heaters.
